Buzzing over…
A real person reads every message. Most questions below you can settle yourself in under a minute — anything else, write to us.
We answer within two business days, usually the same day. It helps to include the email address on your Waggle account, your device and OS version, and what you expected to happen — but write anyway if you don’t have those to hand.
Already signed in? Settings → Feedback sends us a bug report or an idea from inside the app, with the screen you were on attached.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check spam — and check you’re looking in the account you signed up with.
While you’re in parent mode, Settings → Kids → Manage has a Kid-mode PIN box that changes or removes it — you never need the old one. The lock is per device, so if one tablet is stuck in kid mode you can reset from any other phone or browser you’re signed in on.
If you’re stuck inside kid mode and can’t remember the PIN, email us and we’ll walk you through it. There is deliberately no self-serve bypass on that screen: the whole point of the gate is that a kid can’t talk their way past it.
Open the plan screen and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks the store for a purchase made with the same Apple ID or Google account and re-applies it.
If it still doesn’t take, email us with the store receipt and we’ll fix it from our side.
On iPhone or iPad, subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from Waggle’s own Settings.
Waggle Forever is a one-time purchase — there is nothing to cancel, and nothing renews.
Your household becomes read-only. Every balance, chore and past week stays exactly where it is and stays visible — you just can’t record new promises, run a Harvest, or earn interest until you subscribe or buy Forever. Nothing is deleted, and nothing expires.
Yes — Settings → Invite your partner generates a link. They get their own account with equal access to the same household.
Settings → Household → Manage → Delete this household removes everything: kids, chores, balances, the full transaction history, and both parent logins. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
To remove one child and leave the rest of the household alone, open Kids → Edit on that child and use Remove … from Waggle. Their profile, jars, goals and history go with them and their chores are archived; if they are still holding honey, you’ll be asked to type their name first.
If you’d rather we did it, if you want a child’s record erased outright rather than only taken out of the app, or if you can’t sign in to reach those screens, email us from the address on the account and we’ll handle it. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold and for how long.
No — not a cent, in any direction. There is no card, no linked bank account and no transfer of any kind. Waggle records what you owe your kid and what they’ve decided to do with it; settling up happens at home, the way it always has.
Tell us — this is the one we most want to hear about. Waggle’s ledger is append-only, so nothing is ever quietly edited or deleted and every balance can be traced back through the entries that produced it. Send the kid’s nickname and roughly when you noticed, and we can reconstruct exactly what happened.
Write to hello@tidbix.com and tell us what happened. No form, no ticket number, no chatbot.
